Global Privacy Reps provides services only to customers whose business location and Hub activity comply with the country rules described on this page. Country availability may change as Estage data transfer authorizations and representative arrangements develop.
Country eligibility is not based on one list alone. We consider where your business is established, where your Hub operates, and whether Global Privacy Reps currently supports the representative coverage you need.

Current Representation Coverage
Eligible businesses may purchase EU-only, UK-only, or combined EU + UK coverage. Availability still depends on the rules associated with the customer’s business location and Hub activity.

Important Scope Limitation
A business may be based in a supported location without Global Privacy Reps providing representation for that home country. Our current representative service covers the EU and UK only.
Separate local requirements may apply
Switzerland and Israel may require their own in-country representative. Those appointments are not included in the current Global Privacy Reps EU and UK service.

Canada is an authorized customer location, but the applicable rules depend on the province where the business is established and the countries with which the Hub interacts.
The current country authorization rules require a Data Protection Impact Assessment when your business operates in Canada or your Hub receives visitors from Canada.
Global Privacy Reps does not prepare the DPIA as part of the representative service. The customer remains responsible for preparing and maintaining any required assessment.
Province Eligibility
Canadian businesses established outside the three restricted provinces may conduct the permitted activities described below, including commercial transactions with eligible EU and UK visitors.
The standard Canada rules apply to provinces and territories other than Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia.

Under the current authorization rules, businesses in these provinces may transact only within their own province. They are not included in the permitted EU, UK, or United States transaction rules described below.

Canadian businesses established outside Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia may conduct permitted Hub activity involving the United States.
Activity Within Canada
Canadian businesses outside Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia may transact with other Canadian provinces. Businesses established in Quebec, Alberta, or British Columbia may transact only within their own province under the current rules.
Canada and the EU
Canadian businesses established outside Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia may conduct commercial transactions with visitors from the listed EU countries when the required EU Article 27 representative coverage is in place.

Purchasing allows an eligible Australian customer to secure their plan while the required data-transfer and compliance work is being completed.
